You’ll have to work! We’ll start with a brief <2min look at gratitude research, a short introduction to Mindmapping and a look at sources of gratitude. Most of the session will be a guided creation of a personal gratitude mindmap. Wrap up will focus on looking for joy, and looking for things you can still do. Session Goals: A gratitude mindmap and hopefully three and more new ways to find joy.
